Jordynne Grace Explains Her Decision to Re-Sign with IMPACT
Jordynne Grace is once again the Knockouts Champion, and she's not looking back. In an exclusive interview, Grace revealed why she re-signed with IMPACT Wrestling over offers from WWE and AEW, despite expressing frustrations with the company in the past.
"I went to bat for the Knockouts [division], and I wanted it to be the best that it could be. And at the time, I didn't think it was," Grace said. "But I still love this company. I still love the fans. And I still believe in the Knockouts division."
Grace's decision to stay with IMPACT comes as a surprise to many, as she has been outspoken about her frustrations with the company in the past. In a 2021 interview, Grace said that she was "disappointed" with the lack of opportunities for women in IMPACT, and that she was considering leaving the company.
However, Grace says that her recent conversations with IMPACT management have given her reason to believe that the company is committed to improving the Knockouts division. "I sat down with Scott D'Amore and Tommy Dreamer, and they really listened to what I had to say," Grace said. "They told me that they were going to make some changes, and I believe them."
Grace's re-signing is a major boost to the Knockouts division, which has been struggling in recent years. Grace is one of the most talented wrestlers in the world, and her presence on the IMPACT roster will help to raise the profile of the division.
